Heartland Retail and Vantiv now provide full EMV support.

If you're currently processing with Vantiv/Worldpay but don't yet have EMV hardware, contact Vantiv/Worldpay to order your hardware today. These upgraded devices will allow you to accept all credit/debit cards as well as NFC payments (such as Apple PayⓇ). You can reach Vantiv/Worldpay's 24/7 customer support at 1-800-846-4472.

Supported Devices


We recommend Dejavoo’s Z8, Z9 and Z11 devices. You can learn more about these devices on the Dejavoo website. The Z8, Z9 and Z11 (pictured right) are internet-enabled devices, which means you will connect to them using your store’s local network. The Z8 and Z11 are connected to your router via ethernet cable and the Z9 is a wireless device.
