Now that you have followed all of the steps to creating a sales order, you may have an extra note or two of advisement for your staff. For this, you can use the “Add Note” feature in Heartland Retail. An example would be, “Darren will be picking up item at the store” or “Please contact Darren on his cell phone when merchandise arrives.”
