Editing User's Account Information and Changing a User's Password

Getting Started

To access a user’s account information in Heartland Retail click the name in the top right corner of the Heartland Retail dashboard. A drop down menu will open, you can now click "my account" to bring you to your account page.

Editing Contact Information

1. Type the new information in the following text fields: “First Name”, “Last Name”, “Email”, “Phone”

2. Click the "Save" button.

A green “Successfully updated user” message will flash. You have successfully updated your account information!

Changing Username

1. Enter a new username in the “Username” text field.

2. Click the “Save” button.

A green “Successfully updated user” message will flash. You have successfully updated your username.

Changing Password

1. Click the “Change” link under the “Password:” section. - Three new text fields will appear

2. Enter the current password in the “Current Password” text field.

3. Enter a new password in the “New Password” text field.

4. Re-enter the new password in the “Re-Enter New Password” text field.

5. Click the “Save” button.

A green “Successfully updated user” message will flash. You have successfully changed your password!
