If you have forgotten your password and/or username for signing into Heartland Retail we have an easy way to reset your password.
At the bottom of the user login screen you will see a link labeled "Forgot Password." Click this.
2. Enter in your user name or email address associated with that user.
3. An email will be sent to this email address (or the one on file associated with the username) which will include your username and also a link for you to navigate to where you will be able to enter in a new password.
4. After you enter a new password you will receive a confirmation that your password has been reset.
Congratulations! You can now return to the login page and login using your new password.
