You can view quantities of all of your current inventory in Heartland Retail by building the following report:
Filter:
Add the location with the inventory you would like to see
Groups:
Item #
Item >> Description
Metrics:
Current Inventory >> QTY on hand
Add additional metrics as needed, such as "Current Inventory >> Cost On Hand" or "Current Inventory >> Price On Hand"
Options
Remove subtotals
