Custom fields allow you to add information that you want to track or report on

Add a Custom Field

  • Click Dashboard

  • Click Settings

  • Click Custom Fields

  • Click + New

  • Key in the Name of the Custom Field

  • Select a Group

  • Select a Field Type

  • Select Yes if Required, No if not

  • Select Yes Values Must be unique, No if not

  • Select Yes Display on purchase order, No if not

  • Select Yes Display on purchasing receipt , No if not

  • Select Yes Display on purchasing return, No if not

  • Select Yes Display on transfer , No if not

  • Select Yes Display on item list, No if not

  • Select Yes Display on POS Ticket, No if not

  • Select Yes Display on Sales Order, No if not

  • Select Yes Display on Sales Invoice, No if not

  • Select Yes Use only with items matching the filter, No if not (If yes select the conditions of the filter)

  • Click Save

Edit a Custom Field

  • Click Settings

  • Click Custom Fields

  • Search for Field

  • Click on field Name

  • Update information as needed

  • Click Save

Delete a Custom Field

  • Click Settings

  • Click Custom Fields

  • Search for Field

  • Click Delete

  • Select Yes, Are you sure you want to delete this custom field? , No if not
