Click Dashboard
Click Settings
Click Tax
Click + New or Click on the Tax Description name in blue
Key in the Tax Name
Select the tax Type from the drop-down list
Key in either the Rate % or Amount
Key in the Minimum Price - optional
Key in the Maximum Price - optional
Toggle the Tax amount below minimum to Yes or No
Click Save
Apply Filters - optional
