  • Click Dashboard

  • Click Settings

  • Click Roles

  • Click + New to Add a Role or Select the Role Name to Update

  • Click Permissions tab

  • Scroll to the Permission section Inventory

  • Select Enable or Disable all of the section permissions or for individual permissions, select Yes or No to toggle the permission selected

Sales /POS

Select YES or NO to allow or deny the user the ability to perform the following actions.

  • ENABLE ALL

  • DISABLE ALL

  • MANAGE POS TICKETS

  • VIEW CUSTOMERS

  • CREATE AND MANAGE CUSTOMERS

  • EXPORT CUSTOMERS

  • MERGE CUSTOMERS

  • OPEN CASH DRAWER

  • CLOSE CASH DRAWER

  • MANAGE GIFT CARDS AND ADJUST BALANCES

  • CREATE CASH PAID OUT / IN TRANSACATIONS

  • VIEW CASH PAID IN PAID OUT HISTORY

  • MANAGE SALES ORDERS

  • VIEW SALES ORDERS

  • CREATE AND EDIT SALES ORDERS

  • DISTRIBUTE SALES ORDERS

  • ADJUST ITEM PRICES ON A SALES ORDER

  • CREATE AND FUFILL INVOICES FROM SALES ORDERS

  • MANAGE PROMOTIONS

  • VIEW AND REDEEM COUPONS

  • MANAGE COUPONS

  • VIEW DAILY SUMMARY

  • VIEW CASH DENOMINATIONS ON DAILY SUMMARY

  • ADJUST ITEM PROCES IN THE POS

  • ADJUST TAX AMOUNT IN THE POS

  • MANAGE TRAFFIC COUNTS
