  • Click Dashboard

  • Click Settings

  • Click Roles

  • Click + New to Add a Role or Select the Role Name to Update

  • Click Permissions tab

  • Scroll to the Permission section Inventory

  • Select Enable or Disable all of the section permissions or for individual permissions, select Yes or No to toggle the permission selected

    Admin / Settings

    Select YES or NO to allow or deny the user the ability to perform the following actions.

    • MANAGE GENERAL SETTINGS

    • MANAGE LOCATIONS, STATIONS AND CASH DRAWERS

    • MANAGE USERS

    • MANAGE ROLES

    • MANAGE POS SETTINGS

    • MANAGE SALES PLANS

    • MANAGE FINANCIAL CONFIGURATION

    • MANAGE REASON CODES

    • MANAGE CUSTOM FIELDS

    • MANAGE SHIPPING METHODS

    • MANAGE PAYMENT TYPES

    • MANAGE INTEGRATIONS

    • MANAGE SALES TAX

    • MANAGE GRID TEMPLATES

    • MANAGE WEBHOOKS

    • MANAGE PURCHASING
