Click Dashboard
Click Settings
Click Roles
Click + New to Add a Role or Select the Role Name to Update
Click Permissions tab
Scroll to the Permission section Inventory
Select Enable or Disable all of the section permissions or for individual permissions, select Yes or No to toggle the permission selected
Admin / Settings
Select YES or NO to allow or deny the user the ability to perform the following actions.
MANAGE GENERAL SETTINGS
MANAGE LOCATIONS, STATIONS AND CASH DRAWERS
MANAGE USERS
MANAGE ROLES
MANAGE POS SETTINGS
MANAGE SALES PLANS
MANAGE FINANCIAL CONFIGURATION
MANAGE REASON CODES
MANAGE CUSTOM FIELDS
MANAGE SHIPPING METHODS
MANAGE PAYMENT TYPES
MANAGE INTEGRATIONS
MANAGE SALES TAX
MANAGE GRID TEMPLATES
MANAGE WEBHOOKS
MANAGE PURCHASING
