Click Dashboard
Click Settings
Click Users
Click + New
Key in Username (Required Field)
Key in New Password
Key in Re-Enter New Password
Key in First Name
Key in Last Name
Key in Email
Key in Employee # (optional) (Leave blank to auto-assign)
Select Yes or No , to toggle Sales Rep for POS and Sales Orders
Select Yes or No, to toggle This user is an administrator (enables all permissions.)
Click + Add Role
Select user Role
Select Yes or No to toggle Enable all locations for this user (including future locations)
Click Create New User
Click Save
Users are employees who can sign in and use the POS. Bob, Jane, etc...
